Spain’s Telefónica is Officially Microsoft’s Worldwide Worst Partner on WP7

TelefonicaLogoNow that Telstra (from Australia) is Scheduling the March Update delivery for Windows Phone 7; Spain’s Telefónica is the only carrier left who is still "Testing" the Windows Phone 7 March Update. Telefónica has officially earned the Worldwide Worst Windows Phone 7 Partner title. Congratulations!

On a much more positive note, Telefonica will "soon" start scheduling delivery of the March update to the Windows Phone OS.

Of course, if you live on the other side of the Atlantic, you would think "What do I care?", but Telefónica has already setup shop in the US and offers some telecommunications services. Hopefully, services offered are not as bad as they are being offered to their country of origin, Spain.
